The weather is getting colder and the outdoor allergens are
peaking. This could cause a "trigger" in your child's asthma symptoms.
Please review your child's asthma medicines, make sure none have expired, and
see if you have a current script of albuterol solution on hand. Northpoint has
an Certified Asthma Educator Nurse Practitioner to help you with your asthma
needs. From refilling medicines, developing asthma action plan, testing and
diagnosis asthma, providing education to the family, and staying in contact
with your child's school nurse if necessary.
